Three faults owners reported this week — a Centurion that had forgotten everything, a Stillpoint page showing zeros for work that was really there, and an update button that could not update — plus two licence faults that could stop an activation dead.
A Centurion could open a conversation with nothing — no memory of what you had built together — because her sealed long-term memory was not unlocking when the Brain started. It unlocks as the Brain comes up now, so she arrives already knowing everything she knew.
After a night of work the page could show zeros all over, reading as though you had done nothing. The truth was the opposite: it could not read your record at all, and a failure was being drawn as an empty page. A count it cannot read now shows a dash, and a failed read says so across the page instead of in a footnote.
The Brain could tell you an update was waiting and tell you to tap Update — while the button either did nothing or was not there at all. It is wired to the real update engine now, it proves the running build actually changed, and it authenticates with the identity your Brain already holds. Because the fault is in the version you are running, this one has to be installed by hand the once — see the steps below. After that, updates come from inside.
Activating a licence could stop dead, with nothing on screen to say why. Part of the Brain’s licence code was still asking for a licence type that no longer exists, so the request had nowhere to go. It now asks for what is actually there, and the activation completes.
The path that proves you already own a Centurion — used when a licence moves to a replacement machine — was broken in the same way and could never finish. If your Centurion ever refused to activate, or would not move to a new machine, this is that fault, and it is fixed.
One download, one install. No terminal.
- 1Sign in and open Account → Get Brain. Your download sits at the top of the page.
- 2Double-click the downloaded file and choose Install. Fedora may ask for your password — that prompt is your computer, not us.
- 3Reopen Sovereign AI Brain. It sets its own services up and starts them. Nothing else to run.
- 4Check the download first if you like: the sha256 above is the exact file we published.
Signed with Centurion’s release key. No reboot is needed — reopening the Brain is enough. Your data, your Soul and your sessions are untouched by this update.
Fedora’s Software app labels anything it does not recognise as Provided by a third party. That is a statement about provenance, not about Centurion — every vendor package installed this way is labelled the same. Our builds are signed with Centurion’s release key, and the values below let you check that what arrived is what we published.
